Have ordered here a lot and always perfect and very tasty only they forgot bbq base on pizza so wasn’t the same tonight sorry guys

Ordered at 9PM. Advised 70minutes for delivery. Chased after 90 minutes and told it was on it's way and would be 10 minutes, although I was not convinced when speaking to the person on the phone. The delivery unsurprisingly never arrived at all. This is absolutely disgraceful service and I will be telling anyone who will listen about your shocking 'service'. I have used you regularly in the past and have been very pleased with it but this is obviously the last time. I expect a call with an sincere apology as soon as possible and a full refund made tomorrow (13/09/20) latest. All I would expect is honesty when I first chased and that the order was missed, an apology and offer a refund, not some bullshit to get me off the phone and for you then to leave for the day ignoring your customers PAID order. Absolutely disgraceful, morally reprehensible behaviour. I dont expect any response to this complaint as that is obviously the kind of people you are, but I absolutely do expect a full refund made immediately tomorrow. Please make sure this is done and I will make no more about this issue. Thank you
